I am very excited that we can now offer prospective parents the ability to "see" our center and read about all of the innovative programs that we offer.  Oh - and don't forget to take a few minutes to read the brief history of Toddler Town in About Us.

One of the great features of this site is that you can now download our enrollment forms!  There is also a link to Care 4 Kids where you will be able to download the Parent Provider Agreement (PPA) as well as the Application Form.  If you are unsure as to whether or not you qualify for Care 4 Kids, please feel free to contact the agency at 1-888-214-kids (5437).  The representative at the help desk can answer all your questions and should be able to tell you if meet the qualifications for assistance with your childcare payments.
